Caban Social Value Survey

Caban has been successful in obtaining grant funding from the Shared Prosperity Fund from Mantell Gwynedd to carry out upgrading work on the building. The works include the following:

• Recommission and refurbish lift to improve access for
  conference room and lower levels
• Upgrading flooring in main hallways and bathrooms
• Upgrade and refurbish kitchen, to improve the kitchen
  and remove the last gas appliances
• Replace wooden exterior decking with hard paving

Caban is a cherished community hub for locals and visitors alike, offering a space to eat, meet, work, create and relax.

A unique, sustainably focused building set amongst the trees, a space to eat, meet, work, create and relax. For local residents, visitors, active outdoor types, our tenants and just about anyone else.

Our café serves an eclectic range of wholesome meals from early breakfast through lunch with teas, coffees, drinks and cakes all day, a unique meeting place for everyone.

Our well appointed workspaces host a broad range of commercial and social enterprises that play their own part in the energy and success of Caban.

Centred in Brynrefail, nr Llanberis, a truly great location to fuel up or have a natter before a day on the hill, in the lake, on the bike or before getting on with everyday life.

There is ample parking and step free disabled ramp access to the building.
