Hazy IPA based on Nokota. We’ve upped the ABV and hopping rate, and added Citra into the mix, to create an indulgent special release beer that retains Nokota’s characteristic lightness and drinkability.

Buckskin | Lager

Our core pilsner-style lager, brewed with Czech hops. Crisp, floral and refreshing.

Cadence | Pale Ale

Soft and hazy pale ale brewed with Galaxy and Kohatu hops.

Pinniped | West Coast Pale

Pinniped is a modern West Coast pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe. Notes of zesty citrus and pine ahead of a dry and bitter finish.

Run For Cover | Pale Ale

Brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Simcoe hops, Run For Cover is a hazy, zesty pale ale with a clean, bitter finish.

Fatlamp | Pale Ale

Brewed with Mosaic and Waimea hops, Fatlamp is a full-bodied, hazy pale balancing tropical fruit, citrus and pine ahead of a firmly bitter finish.

A FLEETING SOUND

Triple dry-hopped on the cold side. The result is an absolutely intense flavour bomb of pink grapefruit, gooseberry, and lychee from the Citra, with a hearty show of tangerine, mango, and that distinctive berry medley from the Mosaic. Absolutely insane. (11% APV)

KYRA – IPA

Packed to the nines by using a pyramid Australian hop addition of Galaxy, Vic Secret and Enigma to impart, in our opinion anyway, all those orange, citron, and pomelo flavour characteristics that we love so much; this is a beer that we feel is pure sunshine trapped in a glass, to remind you that those warm, hazy evenings are just on the horizon.

Continental style saison brewed with Belgian yeast, rye and fresh raspberries for a fruity, refreshing beer with a subtle tartness.

YUZU PALE ALE

Easy drinking for the fierce, this alcohol free pale ale has a lot to shout about. Dry hopped with refreshing floral and grapefruit hops, a splash of yuzu bursts through the toffee base to create a unique and sessionable non alcoholic beer. This non alcoholic pale ale is Vegan and Gluten Free.

TROPICAL IPA

An abundance of tropical hops bursts through the roasted coffee and dark chocolate base of this alcohol free beer with blasts of passion fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. Perfect for the traditional bitter drinker, this alcohol free beer certainly packs the punch of a full strength IPA. This alcohol free beer is vegan and Gluten Free.

NEW WORLD LAGER

Inspired by new world hop varieties from the Southern Hemisphere, Drop Bear’s first alcohol free lager is a punchy IPL (India Pale Lager). Sweet notes of honey, biscuit, and toasted malts balance strong hop notes of lemon, lime, and candied mandarin. Leave to sit out of the fridge for ten minutes for more pronounced notes of passion fruit, apricot, and peach. Vegan and Gluten Free.

BONFIRE STOUT

Complex notes of roasted coffee and smoked malt awaken the senses whilst hints of dark chocolate burst through to create a carefully crafted balance of flavours.
