Smashing together the classic old school bite of a west coast IPA with the soft, pillowy juice of a NEIPA for a hybridised IPA that carries the qualities of both. A heavy heavy 40kg dry hop charge of Citra and Columbus pairs up with a 10 minute whirlpool addition of even more Citra for an IPA that has equal parts soft and delicate notes, with super soft juicy notes to boot, with maximum drinkability in mind.

Floret | Pale Ale |4.5

Polly’s core pale ale is a delicious, hazy, juicebomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers clamouring back for more. A baby version of our universally-popular Spur IPA; Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango and pineapple notes backed up with pithy orange peel bitterness from its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill.

Hello Euphoria | Pale Ale | 5.2%

A smashable pale ale, Hello Euphoria encapsulates everything Polly’s love about brewing; a little homage to the old school with plenty of new school techniques sprinkled in for good measure. A dry-hop bill of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic leads the way on this super crushable beer, with Mosaic and Citra bringing all manner of juicy new school flavour profiles, backed up with some old school piney notes from Centennial.

Inspired by new world hop varieties from the Southern Hemisphere, Drop Bear’s first alcohol free lager is a punchy IPL (India Pale Lager). Sweet notes of honey, biscuit, and toasted malts balance strong hop notes of lemon, lime, and candied mandarin. Leave to sit out of the fridge for ten minutes for more pronounced notes of passion fruit, apricot, and peach. Vegan and Gluten Free.
