Tenants

There are 15 local SME’s (small medium enterprises) operating within the Caban building including Caban Cyf. These businesses represent the areas of the fine arts, craft makers, film, sound, graphic design, web development, the outdoor activity sector, sports medicine, management training, osteopaths, publishing and, of course, Caban Cyf.

From the outset, the building has been fully occupied. Caban now has a lengthening waiting-list of prospective tenants.

The business units are fairly small (averaging 220 sq ft), which means that while they are sometimes limited in their applications – they are affordable. Tenants pay a flat-rate rental and a service charge. They are metered for electricity and billed for telecom and internet services.

We have installed a high quality telecommunications system throughout the buildingand benefit from a Broadband connection.
