Conference / Meeting Room

A dedicated meeting / conference room within the project building is available for hire.
The room is suitable for up to fifteen people boardroom style, or twenty five people theatre style.

The room is serviced with a full range of technical equipment including LCD projectors, notebook computers, printers, VCR/DVD player, whiteboards as well as translation equipment.

The conference / meeting room is located on the 3rd level and is served by a lift. It has an induction loop. 

Tea, coffee and meals are available to delegates.

Caban Cyf aims to provide top quality friendly service to enable your meetings to run smoothly and productively. We will certainly attempt to accommodate any special requirements or requests that you may have.

Can also provide a facilitator if required.

The rate for the room is:-

£55.00 per half day

£85 per full day

all above are exclusive of VAT

Mineral water is included in this price.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided on request at a cost of £1.50 per person.
(Coffee is high quality fair trade filter coffee)

Catering can be tailored to your individual requirements – a detailed price list for this is available on request.

Equipment Hire

The following list outlines our charges for audiovisual equipment hire for different time periods. We will use the cheapest method to assess what to charge you. For example to hire an item for four days it is cheaper to be charged for one week rather than four times the daily rate.

When you hire equipment we will ask you to sign a form taking responsibility for that equipment. You will then be liable to reimburse Caban for loss or damage of equipment while it is under your supervision.

Included in the hire price is simple training in the use/care of the equipment and appropriate leads or cables (for example laptop to projector cable).
