Cafe Menu Evenings Private Kitchen Garden Ingredients Customers

Just wanted to say we visited the cafe last week whilst on holiday from Malvern and were wowed by it all!

We loved the ethos and thinking behind the project and much admired the building itself, but the food....well that was something else.

I had a grilled halloumi, apricot & tabbouleh salad which was some of the best food I have ever eaten. Having never tried halloumi or tabbouleh before I was amazed at just how good it tasted, and have since been out and bought halloumi myself.

Next time we stay in the area we'll make sure we reserve a table (just in case!).

Their website describes what they do perfectly as a "sensible line between organic, locally produced and fair-trade ingredients. The on-site kitchen garden produces fresh ingredients using our own labour". What they forget to say is the food is absolutely delicious!
I strongly recommend the Caban to everyone. Reasonable price too!
