This is the heart of the building. A large curved room, oak floor with windows looking through the trees to the mountains and fine food.
The kitchen is steering a sensible line between organic, locally produced and fair-trade ingredients. The on-site kitchen garden produces fresh ingredients using our own labour.
Our head chef Yashka Jureczko developes menus that combine seasonality with global cuisine. Daily specials created by Yashka and the team aim to make high quality food that remains affordable.
